Q How do I lose weight , have put on 3 stone unable to lose weight from normal deits I have used previously with good results. Heather

A More and more information is coming to light about the link between our bodies and our minds. It is not enough, just to lose weight. With "normal" diets, you will lose weight, but your unconscious mind goes into panic mode, and thinks you're starving your body. So in order to protect you, the minute you stop dieting and start to eat normally again, your unconscious mind instructs your body to store food (in the form of fat!) against the next famine! So you'll put on the weight you gained, plus a bit. This happens EVERY TIME you "go on a diet." (I once dieted myself up to 12 stone, and I'm only five foot two!) What you need is not a 'diet' as such, but a sustainable programme that becomes your normal way of eating. Sharon can clearly help you to lose weight. A Hi there. That can be very disheartening. There can be a number of reasons that make it more difficult to lose weight - you should really see a qualified naturopath or nutritionist who can do a full health assessment to establish any contributing issues and help get you towards your goal. I run the UltraLite program, which has never failed to achieve weight loss, which I could get you started on in the New Year if you want.
