The medical problems that started me on this journey to better health was to do with my thyroid and I gave an undertaking to myself that I would be in for the "long Haul" to bring about permanent change/improvement in my condition and general health and wellbeing. During the early stages of my treatment my Dad became terminally ill and came to live his remaining days with us. He died six months or so following. This was a pleasure and a gift but also stressful for me on many levels and took it toll on my overall physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.
