For 20 years I put with neck pain after an injury. I was referred to a Bowen Therapist. After two treatments, the “kink in my neck” went away along with the pain. That was five years ago and I am still pain free today. I was so impressed, I trained in Bowen Therapy and have enjoyed helping many people to better health ever since.

I believe in treating the whole person, this being the physical, mental and emotional aspects of the body. I use Bowen Therapy, vitamins and minerals, herbs and flower essences.

I had a back problem myself some 10-15 years ago that was stopping me going tramping (my passion!) with a pack on my back. I tried many different therapies and someone suggested Bowen Therapy to me. After just 3 treatments I felt some noticeable changes, not just in my back, but also in my overall health. I can now go tramping again. In fact, last year I trekked to Everest Base Camp in Nepal - something I would never have considered 12 years ago!
