Based in Remuera, Auckland, elementa is a boutique natural health store and centre which aims to meet your health and wellbeing needs, naturally owned by nutritionist, NLP Master practitioner and training kinesiologist Sheena Hendon..
Elementa includes a health store and herbal dispensary stocking a full range of supplements, medicinal herbs and organic beauty products, and a yoga & pilates studio - adult yoga and pilates and pregnancy and mother & baby yoga. We also offer both pilates and yoga private sessions.
Additionally, Elementa offer a comprehensive line-up of natural therapies, for both males and females, babies and children from naturopathy and nutrition to massage, kinesiology and NLP, organic facials and programmes such as natural fertility, weight loss and allergy & intolerance testing. We also run a kids clinic.
What do we treat?
People come to elementa for assistance with prevention and treatment of both acute and chronic health issues. As we can work on mental and emotional as well as physical levels, we are able to treat imbalances of most body systems, such as the nervous, cardiovascular and musculoskeletal systems.
