Welcome to Hands 4 Health, a professional health clinic specialising in neuromuscular therapy (NMT), located in One Tree Hill, Auckland.

Whether you'd like to achieve specific health or lifestyle goals, reduce or eliminate pain, manage stress, or maximise your sports performance, you're in good hands with Hands 4 Health. Our treatments are individually tailored to people of all ages, physical conditions and abilities.

In addition to neuromuscular therapy, Hands 4 Health offers therapeutic massage (including pregnancy massage), aromatherapy and lymphatic drainage.

We also offer Hands 4 Health's Onsite Corporate Programme.

About Dorotka Wisniewski

Dorotka is a fully qualified Massage Therapist, Aromatherapist (NZROHA) and Certified Neuromuscular Therapist. She has had considerable experience working in her own clinics in New Zealand and overseas. Her passion is to motivate and support her Hands 4 Health clients to achieve their health, lifestyle and sporting goals.

What To Expect

After an initial discussion with your therapist, you complete a Health History form. This is for your own safety, ensuring you receive the most appropriate treatment programme. We use advanced massage techniques in our specialist area of neuromuscular therapy. NMT targets specific areas of tension and postural deviations that may be contributing to your pain, tension or limited movement.

Payment must be made in full at the time of your appointment. Cash or EFTPOS are accepted.

Time has been specifically reserved for your treatment at Hands 4 Health. Please give at least 24 hours notice of a cancellation. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will incur a fee of 50% of the treatment charge. Cancellations with less than 12 hours notice will incur a charge of 100% of the treatment charge. If you can't make your appointment please feel free to give it to a friend.
