ABOUT DONNA JAMIESON-HALL
I have 20 years experience working as an Integrative Health Practitioner. Over that time I've worked with a wide range of people, both individually and in groups. My passion is to integrate therapies to assist people in their journey towards harmony of body, mind and soul.
Through my midwifery career I found Acupuncture to be very successful in alleviating the discomforts of pregnancy and the emotional changes a woman goes through. Acupuncture was beneficial in preparing mothers for labour and enhancing their chances for natural labour and a swift recovery in the postnatal period. It also helped the overall well-being and health of both mothers and babies. This experience encouraged me to pursue Post Graduate qualifications in Traditional Chinese Acupuncture. I also gained clinical experience in Chinese hospitals, where acupuncture is integrated with Western medicine.
Studies have shown Traditional Chinese Acupuncture to assist with women and couples in dealing with infertility. I have found this to be very successful with my clients.
I bring together these experiences and knowledge to help women and couples with fertility, pregnancy, parenting, menstrual problems and menopause. I work with you to help achieve a balance of harmony for the mind, body and spirit allowing for your own optimum level of health and wellbeing.
