I am a trained BodyTalk practitioner, primary school teacher and ceramic artist and I work with First Light Flower Essences of New Zealand

My interest in holistic healthcare began with our own family of four children, looking for simple effective home remedies, alternatives to the antibiotic/paracetamol regime. Muscle testing allowed me to identify priority remedies whether homeopathic, Flower Essences, Cell salts, herbs or supplements. I found the NZ Flower Essences particularly helpful for emotional problems and began using the skills I was learning with friends and the wider community.

When introduced to BodyTalk I knew this was what I had been looking for. It allowed my past experience and knowledge to be integrated into the structure of the BodyTalk system.

Everyone's body has an innate ability to heal itself, but factors such as emotional stress, accidents and sickness create a breakdown in communication within the body, compromising this healing ability.

BodyTalk is a simple and effective system that allows the body to restore energy and communication essential for the healing process to occur.

BodyTalk addresses many common conditions such as learning problems, allergies, digestive disorders, skin rashes, infertility, breathing disorders, emotional problems, sprains and many more. It is very effective with young children and I enjoy working with them.
