I started my spiritual journey approximately 20 years ago and I have always known that there is more to life than what we see before us. I discovered complementary therapies several years ago when I first suffered Occupational Overuse Syndrome through office work. Although pain killers and muscle relaxants helped initially, the core problem was still there. It was only through receiving natural therapies that I was able to get to the core problem and treat the condition.
I strongly believe that there is a higher self, an inner knowledge and an abundant energy source that is available to everyone to not only receive inner wisdom and guidance but also calmness, peace and unconditional love. From a very early age I have always cared about people and wanting the very best for people, and this steered me into this line of work. I then decided to go back to School.
For a few years now, I have been a qualified Reiki 2 Practitioner and I will go on to study Reiki 3A in July for my Reiki Master qualification, and I am also a fully qualified Rebirthing Breathwork Practitioner. Another therapy I enjoy and see great benefits from is Theta healing. I look forward to studying Theta Advanced in July. I also provide Crystal Healing. I am very passionate about all of these therapies and I get very excited when I see the positive changes in people.
Back in January, I achieved a 93% pass rate in Applied Anatomy and Physiology qualification which gave me a far greater understanding of how the body functions and interconnects. What an amazing organism we are!
Many people have visited me with either physical injuries, aches and pains, emotional blockages, old beliefs, stress, lack of energy or general well being and were amazed at the results and how great they felt after receiving treatment. I have also treated people who felt that they have not reached their true potential in life, they feel held back by their beliefs or experiences and after receiving treatments are now able to successfully move on in life, feel stronger, more confident and happier.
