Tina Brown Massage & Natural Therapies

A Herbal Medicine advert caught my eye and made me think about how I could help my own family when unwell.  In 2003 I completed my Diploma in Herbal Medicine.  The Bowen Technique & Therapeutic Massage followed as hands-on therapies.

By nature I am a gentle person and this comes out in the way I work.  Nurturing and balancing the body gently are my focus.

I have come to the conclusion after treating many people that if someone wants a quick fix they will choose a massage and if they want a longer term healthy balanced body then a healthy diet and lifestyle which includes the support of Herbal Medicine would be chosen.  Which would you like to chose? Short term relief or long term wellness and energy?

But I still like a massage myself just to totally relax and unwind ... you know that lovely sinking feeling where you can zone out
