Massage
We give massages ranging from NZ$10.00 neck and shoulder to a NZ$60.00 full body with energy balancing and oils to suit. We can give a therapeutic T.L.C. type massage, a penetrating accupressure type (similar to deep tissue) massage, a headache or a debilitating back problem relieved, a top to toe, head massage or a foot reflexology.
We both received our certificates in 1989 and have had ongoing training in various types of body-work including elements of Acupressure, Polarity balancing, Orthobionomy, Self Sabotage Release, Osteopathic soft tissue work and Magnetic Healing and sometimes Crystal Healing depending on client preference.


Foot Reflexology Massage
Combining a relaxing massage with activating the reflex points on the foot leaving you feeling soothed and refreshed, finishing off with hot towels so you will feel as if you are floating out of the room.  NZ$20.00 for 20 minutes.

Foot Reflexology Pampering

All of the above as well as soaking the feet in warm water, rasping the heels and finishing off with our NZ Tea Tree Hand & Foot Cream rubbed in NZ$35.00 for 30 minutes.

Facial Massage

This includes cleanse, exfoliate, massage, mask, tone and moisturise with our wonderful natural mostly organic facial products.  The massage covers lymphatic drainage on the face, neck and shoulders.  This is all finished off with a scalp massage to complete the blissing NZ$60.00 for 1 hour.


Self Sabotage Technique
Is practised as a stand alone or part of massage therapy as a method of releasing held in stresses, tension or patterns which prevent a person moving ahead in their life or healing themselves.  Can take 10 to 20 minutes, is very gentle and nothing is forced.  Sometimes release is noticed instantly or sometimes gradually.
 
Holistic Pulsing
Holistic Pulsing is a very special, deeply healing treatment which is also highly enjoyable and beneficial for emotional healing, either with acute problems such as panic states, or conditions like depression and relationship problems. Dowsing
Medical Dowsing is similar to water divining but using a pendulum and checking for imbalances and their causes in the human or animal body. We check for such varied problems as Vitamin and Mineral deficiencies, Chemical toxicity, Spray poison, Electromagnetic disturbances, Spinal maladjustment, Dietary deficiencies, Allergies and food intolerances, Heavy metal contamination, Enzyme and Hormone imbalances, While taking into account such things as work and family stresses, congenital defects and birth problems.
We also check for the best method/therapy to help a person, and whether we have this method or can put you in touch with another therapist who is more suitable. This has also been successfully practised remotely at great distances.

Gentle Therapeutic Manipulation
Roger has recently learned this therapy as practiced and taught by John Spence of the Morgan Spence Clinic.  It involves gentle movements and is not Osteopathic, Chiropractic and is very good for releasing back or neck pain, OOS (RSI) etc. Many people know it as the work of the late Harley Blows of Auckland.
