A Your (amazing)body is certainly giving you a message here. Only you will know what that message is. Have you really stopped, sat and felt into it when you are in the pain? There is always an energetic cause to our dis-ease/illness. You might also consider giving up gluten and processed foods. Re the metal taste, have you considered checking with a naturopath if you have anything in your body that is affecting you, such as mercury or fluoride?

A Hi,
I would really like to recommend our Therapeutic Grade Essential Oils especially Digestzen which calms and sooths and maintains a healthy gastrointestinal tract. As the oils cross the cell membrane you can take internally and rub on the stomach. The effect is very instantaneous but works on the deepest levels. I also feel you would benefit from a detox with our GX assist and reload with healthy gut flora. We have such profound results It would be a good natural option for you to try.

A Hi there, appreciate your frustration as gut health is very complex and when things go on for as long as this they become a whole health problem i.e. your mind and mood are effected too...sometimes the medical model do not have all the answers particularly if it is a functional problem...in some ways its great they are not finding anything...acid reflux is quite common and there are wonderful herbal therapies I can recommend, you haven't mentioned what dietary changes you have made and it will be necessary to put you on a nutritional healing plan along with calming down stresses and individaul weaknesses in your healing capacities...important to remember our bodies can heal and when you are not winning with one approach its time to try another...www.healthcentral.co.nz

A Hi there. It sounds to me like you're really suffering. It also sounds like your doctors are unable to pinpoint a cause and therefore cannot find a solution.
Burning as you describe it is often associated with acid reflux but this isn't necessarily due to too much stomach acid, rather it tells us that the environment in the stomach and upper part of the intestine isn't right. Bacteria are critical for a healthy gut environment - but the right bacteria in the wrong place can cause exactly the kind of digestive havoc you describe. I also suspect you experience excessive gas and bloating.

At House of health we specialise in gut problems and offer tests that are not generally available doctors, or are not widely known by doctors. In your situation very best thing you can do is to have a comprehensive consultation with a natural health consultant who is experienced with gut diagnostics, particularly in regards to flora balances.
We are based in Auckland and would be happy to work with you to help you regain your health. Kind regards
Sharon
