A Labour Oil
Clary Sage 4 drops
Rose 6 drops
Ylang Ylang 3 drops in
Almond 50 mls

Rub into back and abdomen during labour. (Where it hurts) It is important to relax and embrace each contraction.
Rescue Remedy is also helpful

Perineum Stretch
Clary Sage 6
Rose 8
Avocado Oil 5mls
Calendula 10 mls
Olive Oil 35 mls
Apply to the perineum which will help to increase elasticity.

I personally also took Raspberry Leaf tablets which help to tone the uterus ready for contractions. I made a mental note that with each contraction I was one step closer to holding my baby.

Post Labour Oil
Tangerine 10
Cypress 5
Yarrow 5
Geranium 10
Jojoba 50ml

Good luck, it is worth it. If I can be of more help please call 04 939 0220

A Hi there.
You are entering an exciting phase of your life - motherhood!!

These oils are all in the category of "avoid during pregnancy", primarily due to the potential they have to induce menstruation. It is worth considering that menstruation and pregnancy are completely different states! However, due to a lack of studies on the safety of these oils during pregnancy, they all carry the "avoid" tag.
Once in labour, there are no contradictions to using them. My recommendation would be a blend made up as follows:
in 20 mL of carrier oil:
2 drops jasmine
2 drops rose
4 drops clary sage
2 drops myrrh oil.
Apply to areas of high absorption: underarms, inner arms, thighs & buttocks - every 2-3 hours during labour.
We have these organic essential oils (myrrh is wild-harvested, and the rose is an absolute, but untreated). www.richearth.co.nz

I hope this is helpful. I wish you the very best on the journey to greet your new little one!
