What are they for?
They can help us deal with stress, anxiety, depression, life changes and challenges, grief and sadness. They can assist with confidence, motivation, self-esteem, personal growth, creativity, body image, and communication.
What are they?
These essences are vibrational medicines made from our native plants. The plant vibration or healing energy is infused by sunlight into pure water and preserved with brandy. “Rescue Remedy”, made by Dr Bach in the 1930s, is a well known flower essence blend.
What do they do?
The essences are subtle and over time can make a huge difference to how we feel, what we do, how we respond to things, and even how others react to us. They can greatly improve our mental, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing and have a positive impact on our relationships.
How are they taken?
The essences are dispensed as blends into 25 ml dropper bottles and 2-4 drops are taken 2-3 times daily, or as required, under the tongue.
What essences are there?
First Light Flower Essences are made from our native flowers, ferns, trees, seeds, and plants. They are available as ready made blends, such as Crisis Support, De-Stress Support, Weight Loss Support, Confidence Support and many others. Blends can be personalised based on date of birth, or selected according to the situation, or chosen from the flower essence cards.
A blend based on a person's birthdate is the ideal way to select a personal essence blend of: at least one flower to transform negative personality traits (our power flower) plus a fern, tree, and seed to provide the triangle of power to clear, balance, and re-pattern, as well as one or two plants to enhance life. Two bottles are recommended, taken as drops daily.
We often wait until we have a problem before taking action. However, by taking the essences daily, whether there is a problem or not, assists to restore and also maintain health and wellbeing. When all aspects of our holistic being are in harmony, balanced, and integrated, we experience true healing and are in a state of natural wellbeing. We can then live life in a way that is rich, fluid, and dynamic and can fully express our uniqueness.

How do I get a blend?
Blends can be prescribed and dispensed with or without a consultation. Astrea Morgane is available for in-person consultations in the Wellington and Wairarapa. Phone or email consultations are an option and blend orders are dispensed on request for people all over New Zealand, and overseas. Essences are either collected or posted out. There are First Light Flower Essence Practitioners all over New Zealand as well as in Japan and Australia.
