Q What's a great meal for one? That has all the nutrition factors in recipe.

A Superfood salad. Dice into cubes: raw or lightly grilled salmon, avocado, pineapple, goats' feta cheese, tomato and red onion. Toss together with mesclun salad and a mixture of sunflower, sesame and pumpkin seeds.
Store excess in fridge in sealed container. Keeps 24 hours.
Dress with olive oil and either lemon juice or raw cider vinegar.
