Q Please help I Have blepohspasm, which is constant twitching of my right eye.I have had this for over a year now. I have taken all sorts of vitamins and now im on epilim which helped for one month, but now its constantly twitching again, even while I Sleep. My doctor does not recommend botox as it paralysis the face. any suggestions Im open to anything.

A Hi
in order to determine the cause for this, i suggest you first get a vitamin and mineral check to see what you are lacking and also, if the supplements you are taking are working for you! twitching of muscles is often due to a lack of magnesium. however, this is only a superficial observation, and i recommend you get a more thorough assessment done. I offer a free 20 min consultation. if you are in the area of my clinics, you are most welcome to take up this offer.
kindest regards

A Hi.
Your muscular problem caanot be seen in isolation from the rest of you - a full holistic assessment would help to create a greater health/imbalance picture.
It is difficult to advise you without more detail - for example, does "vitamins" include minerals, herbs, etc, and if so what form, dose, frequency and for how long did ou take them?
Another possibility - from a purely functional perspective - is a structural anomaly that might be best assessed by a cranial osteopath.
All the best.
