Ive been to the doctor who says its stress but im doing all i can to reduce this ie diet, exersise etc but i still have the same syptoms. Could it be somwthing else

A 1. Eliminate grains, starch and sugar for 1 month
2. source some kefir, whether it be dairy or non-dairy. Take it daily to reduce the fungal overgrowth.
3. Find a good quality source of fibre that your body will tolerate, eg. ground linseed, ground buckwheat, psyllium husks, and take daily.
4. Eat as many non-starchy vegetable foods as you can and 3 pieces of raw fruit daily.
5. Fill up on quality protein and fats.
6. Take turmeric every day to reduce inflammation.

A Hi there.
Well, the short answer is "yes" it could be something else, and it sounds as though you have been dismissed. A thorough overview of your health, diet and lifestyle is in order - without this it's difficult to advise - as you'll see from the general feedback that you're getting.
The important thing to understand is that symptoms are clues, and like a good detective, a holistic consultation will go behind those clues and get the whole picture of what is going on with you.
All the best.

Kind regards
Sharon

A Both previous answers make very good points. I would be unwilling to offer further suggestions without a consultation - there are to many things going on.
I offer a free 20 minute consultation service on Skype if that appeals. Email me at [email protected] to make a time. 20 mins will be long enough to find out which direction to point you in.

A Without a proper consultation and exam it is difficult to give a diagnosis. The symptoms you are describing fit into a classic inflammation scenario. There are several things that can cause full body inflammation. The most common is stress and food sensitivities. Subluxations (or lack of motion) of the spine, adrenal fatigue conditions, and several viruses can also cause this. Following through with a holistic practioner may give you some ideas aand treatment options that your doctor has not suggested. You are more than welcome to come to my practice in the christchurch area. If not, find someone local. There are more options than what you have been doing. A Hi there, the main cause of stress exists within the lack of ease within the mind both at a conscious and unconscious level. It proliferates into the physical body as the body is a fantastic communicator for the mind, clearly letting you know when you are ill at ease. From what you have mentioned here there could very well be issues that exist at various levels, emotionally and energetically that are operating at an unconscious level and affecting you now physically as well. Unfortunately changing diet and exercising simply can't address these issues as they work only within the physical realm which here seems to be the by product of a deeper cause - the stress. I would be happy to discuss how Hypnoenergetics can help pin point the cause and work with releasing the energies that are causing you discomfort.
