PSYCH-K®

Fact:  PSYCH-K is an approach to facilitating change at the subconscious level where at least 95% of our consciousness operates.
Founded By:
Robert M. Williams M.A. (USA) in 1988
Therapy Type:
Mind-Body

WHAT EXACTLY IS PSYCH
-K®?

Out of Robert M. William's studies came a series of intuitive insights that became the body of work called PSYCH-K.

PSYCH-K is a simple and direct way to change self-limiting beliefs at the subconscious level of the mind, where nearly all human behaviour
originates, both constructive and destructive. Its overall goal is to accelerate individual and global spiritual evolution by aligning subconscious beliefs with conscious wisdom from the world’s great spiritual and intellectual traditions. The practical application of this wisdom in our personal and professional lives brings a greater sense of purpose and satisfaction, mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. PSYCH-K is taught world-wide by Certified PSYCH-K Instructors

Psych-k® is a scientifically proven natural process of energy psychology, which is only applied when the circumstances are safe and appropriate. Lasting change and benefits are usually generated in minutes and a vast range of issues are addressed.

IS PSYCH-K® THE RIGHT THERAPY FOR YOU?

PSYCH-K helps reprogram beliefs to create real and lasting change. It allows you to communicate directly with the subconscious and conscious minds, to change old negative beliefs that are holding you back into new positive ones that will support you.

PSYCH-K can be used in any area if your life where you want change – for example health and body, prosperity, spirituality, relationships, grief and loss, personal power, and self esteem.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM
PSYCH-K® SESSIONS

First areas of difficulty are identified, to clarity what beliefs may be getting in the way. Then the first step of balancing is establishing communication with the client, using kinesiology (muscle testing) as a communication tool and we muscle test to discover the subconscious beliefs. Once beliefs are indentified that the client no longer wishes to keep, then a first person, present tense, positively stated, short and emotionally meaningful statement is created, or chosen to replace it and tested. If the new belief is not supported subconsciously, then we test to find whether it is safe and appropriate to balance it, proceeding only when it is by discovering if the belief needs to clarified for the subconscious (a step sometimes required), then what type of balance is ideal for the chosen new belief. Then the balance is completed and more after, with time allowing.

Whatever brings greater health, wholeness, balance, greatness, and peace in the life of clients is applied, by way of the type of balance or balances selected by the conscious, superconscious and subconscious mind of the client.

A deeper connection with and understanding of previously fragmented aspects of self, leading to a greater awareness, balance and integration of the conscious, unconscious and superconscious areas, resulting in changes including the resolution of reccuring themes, conditions, illness and also reperceiving traumatic events to release painful thoughts and feelings. There is no need to share and relive past traumatic experiences with a facilitator.

In a similar vein to hypnosis, the client remains consciously present to make the choices and changes themselves that are safe and appropriate, in real time with the assistance of a facilitator.
