The society we live in tends to embrace illness more than wellness, you go to the doctor and he prescribes some drugs and you go to the chemist and they will be subsided by the government.  You choose to go to the health shop and get some supplements instead, maybe some vitamin C for a cold, and guess what the government has not subsided these products. So this tells me that we as a society are trying to keep people ill rather than well. Next time you are not feeling well, ask yourself are you going to support this illness society and go to doctor or take responsibility for yourself and see what else is available to you?

To keep yourself really well you need to look at what is happening with Body, Mind and spirit. Not just the body which is what is addressed by tradition medicine, they don’t seem to think there is a connection between all 3. This I will address in my next article.

Here are some of my 10 tips to keep you well.

  1. Eat healthy foods include lots raw foods.

  2. Drink plenty of water.

  3. Exercise daily even 30 min walk will do

  4. Avoid chemicals and toxicant in food and environment.

  5. Think positively.

  6. Be grateful for what you have.

  7. Mediate or do self-hypnosis everyday even if its 10 minutes.

  8. Find the peace inside you.

  9. Be happy.

  10. Spend time in nature.

So think back over your life and see how your health and wellness has been, there is a relationship between it and how you were thinking at the time, what was happening for you. In my next article I will address the Power of the Mind
