I'm a Female & have been diagnosed with 0 Testosterone. I was given Patches to use but I had an allergic reaction. Since being diagnosed with 0 Testosterone I have gained 20 kilos.
My Doctor has now given me Diet Pills because I have been even though I have been on a Diet for over eight weeks (no carbs) I have put on 2 kilos in just over a week.
My Doctor has prescribed me Duromine 30mg Diet Pills.
I want to know if they work and what the side effects are if any.
I have been told by my Doctor that I must stop my Anti-depressants 3 day before I start on the Diet Pills.
Any advice would be appreciated.
Thanks.

Hi there,
My suggestion would be - changing your life style upside down, what I mean is simple, easy steps to optimal diet, changing habits into healthy ones, bringing back you health and wellness back, the whole process should be accompanied with compassionate and encouraging help and support.
I' saying that because I don't recommend diet pills to any of my clients for they only cover symptoms without reaching to the sourse of the issue. I'd be happy to help you, so please fill free and contact ma via email or phone me 021 201 52 82 or 826 3155.

Hi there. I get the impression that you are open to alternative to the doctor's prescription.
Duromine is a stimulant that has a lot of side effects - including sleeping problems, heart problems, increased blood pressure and so on. Copy this link into your browser for the official data on this drug: http://www.medsafe.govt.nz/consumers/cmi/d/duromine.htm
There are a number of safe ways to address your underlying hormonal issue - herbal and nutritional medicine are certainly a lot safer. I'm also curious about the testosterone patches - the allergic reaction may not be to the testosterone, but possibly the adhesive or other chemical in the patch (the contain Each patch also contains ethanol, purified water, glycerol, glyceryl monooleate, methyl laurate, Carbomer Copolymer (Type B), and sodium hydroxide).
I am based in Auckland CBD. I strongly recommend an appointment.
kind regards

Get your GP to prescribe DHEA non-7-keto. Your body may tolerate this better than testosterone patches.
I recommend getting treatment for stress, too. Too much info to include here. Call me for further ideas. Astarte

Hi there,
It sounds like your entire endocrine (hormonal) system is dysfunctional, possibly due to ongoing stress and depression. I would also like to know about your sleep pattern and what you have been eating or doing over the past few years to get you into this state. The pills will only help with symptoms and not address the underlying cause. I would suggest finding a therapist who can work with you to bring your body and being back into a healthy and functional state. If you live in Hamilton or nearby I would be happy to help.
Kind regards,
Helen

TO help get off the anti depressants quickly I suggest you look up a local practitioner of a newly created method of rapidly interrupting the internal "strategy" or program you run to depress yourself. The method is currently undergoing clinical trials, and already has the support of some doctors who know about it.
www.shinnickdepression.co.nz If theres not a local practitioner some of us will happily do a session by skype.
I would further recommend you follow that up with some good NLP coaching, which can clear any remaining emotional patterns that are tied up with your issues. I assume you have tried exercise? Thats one way to up the testosterone.
good luck
