Q Hi there, I have narcolepsy. What therapies would be suitable? I also quote from osteopath "are so jammed up at the top of your neck & skull" that he wont touch me and says to go to someone who specialises in cranium or necks.' Normal' medicine or specialists are unhelpful.

A Pranic Healing is worth considering as it is gentle, non invasive and takes away the dirty contamination that lies in the area preventing energy from moving. Go to my website: www.rainbowmountaintherapies.co.nz where more info can be found. All the very best. Faye

A Hi
You could find a Crani-sacral therapist, this work is gentle and could help. Sally Enting is in Lower Hutt. Also if you are very jammed up in the neck and cranium a regular shoulder and neck massage could be beneficial in assisting unblocking the muscular system.

A All the suggestions given below are worth investigating. If none of them gets you the results you're looking for then it's a pretty serious thing you have. I would add EFT as a possibility (find it on YouTube) and, after that, contact Dr Bernard Willis through www.drbernardwillis.com in Auckland for a full spectrum blood analysis and some wise counsel on alternative therapies. He does Skype consultations and I have found him very useful.

A Hi
Necks that are jammed up as you describe can indeed cause all sorts of havoc in the balance of the body's systems. Do you have any idea what caused your neck to be so jammed up?
If you remember or suspect some sort of misadventure or accident then ConTact C.A.R.E, which is safe and gentle but great at untangling old injuries could be just the thing.
IF you have lead a totally accident free life then you could consider emotional trauma, which is often surprisingly easy to sort with NLP. Next to consider is toxicity, such as from mercury fillings or industrial/agricultural chemicals, often inhaled without your knowledge. In which case I can put you in touch with an excellent naturopath, who specialises in detoxing such nastiness. A multi-disciplinary approach may be necessary.
good luck

A Hi there. An osteopath trained in cranio-sacral therapy is what I recommend. If narcolepsy is not something that you have always had, and/or you have not had a comprehensive naturopathic consultation, then I also recommend this as a potentially helpful step to take.
All the best,
Sharon
