Q I have sprained the shoulder ac ligaments, wondering what natural remedy I could use to aid the healing process.

A How your shoulder?

For over 25 years my family have been using Weleda - I've found Arnica/Symphytum Comp,is excellent for the healing of bone/ligaments. The Symphytum helps the body to absorb the Arnica which speeds up recovery.

A Homeopathy is always a good way to go. Arnica as a starter but possibly a better remedy such as Alumina, Rhus Tox. Always good to have a quick consultation with your Homeopath to determine the best suited for your situation, rather than go by guesswork and it costing more in the long run. Cheers, Mary

A Internally Arnica is a good component to assist in muscle trauma. High dose of vitamin C encourages muscle tissues heal quicker.
Otherwise, as stated below Orthobionomy is good, so is Bowtech. I practice both. I am in Hamilton if you are in that area, give me a call. Cheers. Jocelyne

A Hi we use powerful Certified Pure Essential Oils especially Frankincense and a blend called Deep Blue which has Blue Tansy which is a powerful inflammation modulator because of its flavonoid content. It has wintergreen for reducing inflammation and supporting pain relief due to the presence of natural occurring Methyl salicylate. Helichrysum for joint and muscle discomfort and restoration. These oils heal at a cell level. If you would like more info my name is Jocelyn 0800 749876 X-factor Organic Health Spa.
