Q Have had blood tests done n they've come back with low white blood cell count and a high thyroid? Nothing major but a change in diet may help. Any advice? What sort of foods will help change this?

A Hi there, I'm sure a change in diet would be able to help. There is so much that can be done with diet and getting the right nutrient balance alone. We have worked with a number of people on our programme thelifeplan who have been struggling with lowered immunity and/or thyroid imbalance. As Sharon has said, it is hard to work from these results alone without having a full case take history and details about your current diet and lifestyle. We would love to help you [email protected] Best of health, Jules and Team JSB

A Hi there. It's very difficult to advise over such a forum. You are so much more than a couple of test results. If we repeated those tests now, they might conceivably be different. Also to advise you regarding changing your diet requires a consultation and both health and diet history.
Which area do you live in? Sarah La Touche (Nutritionist) works from my clinic and has a lot of experience in thyroid issues.
Hope to be able to be of more help!
Kind regards
Sharon
