I have recognized that I am a sex addict. It has plagued me for a long time now, and I want and need help. My second marriage (that has only been a month) is being affected. It's great that you have recognised that what you're experiencing is an addiction. In the first instance I would recommend you seek counselling from a CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) trained psychologist. If you are in Auckland I recommend Malcolm Falconer (Psychd.co.nz).
