Hi there. I have a couple of issues. Firstly I eat a mostly paleo diet and am a mother of two young children. Hi there, I am 19 years old and about 3 months ago I hurt my lower back which I believed occurred while at the gym. The pain began to be felt in my right side and really bad down into my glute.
